In the event that that you encounter maintenance related issues with your property, please fill out our maintenance request form from your Tenant Portal. You can also submit written work orders in person at our office.
If you encounter a maintenance emergency, please contact our 24hr emergency phone line at 425-357-7385. The Night Tenders crew will troubleshoot your emergency and make a determination whether someone will be dispatched immediately, or first thing the next business day.
